Routine pregnancy care is offered as well as high-risk pregnancy care. Our services include the care and delivery of pregnancies complicated by medical problems, twins or triplets, or conditions that might arise during pregnancy. Routine and level II ultrasound scanning are available along with 3-D/4-D scanning.
Dr. Cardwell is skilled in the management of diabetic pregnancies and other problems that might occur during the pregnancy to either mother, baby, or both.
Dr. Cardwell's service provides the only high-risk pregnancy services in the Bloomington-Normal area. Dr. Cardwell trained at the University of Illinois-Peoria and the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He has been in practice for over 25 years. Since Dr. Cardwell has opened his practice in Bloomington-Normal, high-risk pregnant patients no longer have to drive to Chicago, Peoria, Springfield, or Champaign for their care.
